US Africa Foundation LLC has been organized to operate exclusively for charitable purposes within the scope of Section 501( c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Purposes

• Specifically for community welfare and for the purpose of raising funds.

• Establish a scholarship fund with donations.

• Launch collection of books, printed matter, films, magazines, computers, peripherals, electronic equipment, and supplies to support and assist schools in Africa to further education;

• To raise funds to establish adult education programs for literacy for African immigrants in the United States and expose these students to American education and its benefits.

• To provide college level entrepreneurship education in Mali and to African immigrants in the USA through distance education learning.
